  • All purchases are considered final once the order is confirmed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.

3. Resolution (Customer Support)

  • After verification, Hyzora will offer a replacement of the same product.
  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer a store credit (no cash refund).

4. No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

5. Important Notes

  • Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for replacement.
  • Slight color or design differences due to lighting/screen are not considered defects.
  • Requests made after the given time frame will not be accepted.
